Various industries both domestically and internationally require lifting machinery to lift various objects. Electric hoists are one of the common electric lifting machinery, suitable for stacking and handling operations in industrial, handicraft, and agricultural sectors. Electric wire rope hoist It is a type of electric hoist, mainly used for lifting heavy objects, but often experiences tilting during operation.

Especially due to prolonged working hours of operators, visual fatigue is easily induced. In addition, excessive fog and dust in the working environment, personal experience, and current mood can all cause the "tilting lift" phenomenon. Once "tilted", when the lifted object leaves the ground, there is a certain angle between the wire rope and the ground. The tensile force of the wire rope carrying the weight of the object will produce a lateral component force. When lifting the heavy object under the action of the lateral force, the heavy object will swing. In this way, if the lifted object swings greatly, it will damage the equipment, causing damage and falling of the wire rope and its drum, resulting in serious personal injury accidents. Existing anti-tilting devices for wire rope electric hoists generally consist of a drum, hook, wire rope, detection rod, and general switch. This device can control the switch through an inclined detection rod; however, on the one hand, its response speed is slow; on the other hand, when the lifted object is too heavy or the lifting speed is too fast, it is easy to damage the switch, resulting in device failure and the danger of the heavy object tilting.
Electric wire rope hoist To overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, technicians provide a responsive, safe and reliable solution that effectively prevents the wire rope from being tilted. Electric wire rope hoist It adopts the following technical scheme: an electric wire rope hoist, including an electric hoist, a wire rope wound on one end of the electric hoist and on the other end on the shaft head, and a hook connected to the shaft head for lifting heavy objects. The electric hoist is provided with a fixed frame, which includes a cross plate. The two ends of the cross plate are respectively provided with a fixed plate a and a fixed plate b, and a fixed ring a is provided on the fixed plate a; a fixed ring b is provided on the fixed plate b. The wire ropes at both ends of the electric winch are respectively fitted in the fixed rings a and b, and proximity switches are uniformly distributed along the circumference on the fixed rings a and b. The proximity switches are connected to the electric winch through a relay. The cross plate is set to be telescopic along the length direction. The diameters of the fixed rings a and b are 6 to 12 times the diameter of the wire rope. The fixed ring a is detachably installed on the fixed plate a, and the fixed ring b is detachably installed on the fixed plate b.
The advantages of this wire rope electric hoist are: the device is responsive, can effectively prevent the wire rope from tilting, and is safe and reliable; due to the setting of proximity switches, the entire device reacts quickly; in addition, since the fixed ring a is detachably installed on the fixed plate a, and the fixed ring b is detachably installed on the fixed plate b, it is convenient for repeated use, maintenance, and replacement of the fixed rings a and b, thereby improving the adaptability and market development potential of the device.
