Describe the advantages of the internal planetary gear transmission in electric hoists

(1) High transmission ratio. The single-stage transmission ratio is above 10~1000, and the two-stage transmission ratio can reach 10000.
(2) High load-carrying capacity. Due to the small difference in the curvature radius of the inner meshing with few teeth, the tooth shape difference is minimal, and the meshing is almost full tooth surface contact, the Hertz stress on the tooth surface is small. After the single eccentric shaft center input is changed to multiple eccentric shaft inputs, the single swing arm bearing is changed to multiple swing arm bearings to share the load, and the service life of the swing arm bearing can reach 20,000 hours. Driven by multiple external gears, the load is shared by multiple external gears, which improves the load-carrying capacity of the whole machine. The instantaneous overload capacity is prominent, which is 2.7~4.0 times the rated load. The output torque of the output shaft is as high as 400kNm.
(3) High transmission efficiency. Compared with the K-H-V type planetary transmission with few teeth, the W output mechanism is omitted, and the force borne by the swing arm is only 60% of that of the K-H-W type planetary transmission with few teeth. In addition, the rotation directions of the two gears in the internal planetary gear transmission are the same, and the relative angular velocity is small, which reduces the relative sliding speed between the tooth profiles, so the internal planetary gear transmission has less friction. Furthermore, since the directions of the driving and driven gears are the same, the lubricating oil will not be squeezed out, and the friction loss is small. Therefore, the internal planetary gear transmission has high efficiency, the meshing efficiency is greater than 95%, the overall efficiency is above 85%, and the efficiency of the transmission device will not decrease with the increase of the transmission ratio, which is unmatched by other transmission devices.
(4) Compact structure, small size, and light weight of the electric hoist. There is no planetary carrier of general planetary gear transmission and output mechanism of planetary transmission with few teeth, which simplifies the mechanism and retains the characteristics of compact coaxial dynamic shaft transmission structure. The weight is reduced by 1/3~2/3 compared with ordinary gear reducers, and the load-carrying capacity is 40% larger than that of cycloidal pinwheel reducers with the same volume.
(5) Wide range of power transmission, up to 1000W or more.
(6) Wide range of applications. It can be integrated with the motor, integrated with the drum, or integrated with the brake to act as a safety brake.
Compared with advanced domestic transmission devices, the internal planetary gear transmission device has excellent performance and smaller size.
